TD Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

iT 'S WAS GOOD. but they are looking for experience . Entry level is good to start in TD. Make sure ask question, which shows you know the answers. it was a panel interview and background check

It was a telephonic interview. I felt the interviewer had a standard set of questions she had to ask every candidate. She didn't go through my work experience to understand it. Multiple unrelated questions were asked. Interviewer was noting down my responses in her computer. I felt like she was doing stenography job instead of interviewing the candidate. She is most probably not the hiring manager.
