Interview
I applied in-person and met the manager in the branch. Next day I got a phone call to arrange an interview. 1 week later I got a phone call to arrange the 2nd interview. Interviews were about 20 to 30 minutes each. Questions are more behavioral .
After I passed the interviews and my profile went to HR, the process got slower, for example, the background/reference check took 2 weeks.

Interview
I was hired in 1984 and came with sound knowledge from another institution. I was hired after a quick interview with the manager. I worked for several years in this position then moved up the assistant manager in the banks administration office. After a huge lay off in 1997 I left Td and went to another institution for 2 years. I returned part-time to Td Canada trust when a Manager approached me to come back to Td as a part-time CSR.

Question 1
At Td Canada trust they want sales oriented staff and you have to have the mind set to realize the goals which are to be met
First received a call about the position to see if I was interested, and the recruiter said they would email me a questionnaire/assessment form (about personality/behaviour) to fill out.
After I sent the form back to them, they sent me another email back to schedule a phone interview.
