Applied in person, then online, filled out a questionnaire, 1 round of interviews, 3 person panel, behavioral questions, focus on customer services and sales, took about 2 weeks to hear back. The whole experience was very formal and but it was nice not having to do multiple interviews.

Applied online on the td website. Got a call a few days later to set up phone interview. Lasted one hour discussing career, school, customer service situations. Received another call saying that I would go further in the process. Then a few weeks later got a call from manager to set up interview at a branch.

Two interviews. The first interview is short phone interview. Short introduction about myself and why I want to apply for the job. The second interview is at the branch office with the branch manager.
