I applied online, got a HR personality test, got a HR phone call to schedule an interview, did the interview, which consisted of behaviour questions and past experiences, and lastly, conducted two interviews for two different positions. One for a branch to branch CSR, via HireVue, and one in person for a particular branch.

It was a group interview where recruiters gave us one ice breaking question that if u r stuck in a desert which 5 things you will take with u ...we had to discuss this in group then they told us to prepare a presentation that was about how you ll raise funds for unity.They told that all the members will give presentation by dividing the part of presentation amongst the group.

Interview
2 stage interview - 1 stage is with the team leaders (2) - 2nd is with the director of the department - they take you into a small room with no windows and you are facing 2 of your future team leader. THEY WANT TO SEE CHARISMA and how outgoing you are - if you fail to do so, you wont pass stage 1 -
