I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
After a 30 minute online behavioural assessment, I received an online interview request, there were about 10 questions, 4 of which you have to to record yourself. The interview questions were generic questions out of a pool of similar questions. After which, I had a brief phone interview with the recruiter, she asked my several basic questions and my availability. A day later, I received a request to do an group interview (aprox 3 hrs), we were split up into groups and required to come up with a group presentation. During the process individuals were brought out to have one on one interviews with hiring managers, it was a very relax and easy interview. Questions were basic and generic, but make sure you answer truthfully, sell yourself, and try to give a unique response because they probably heard the textbook response hundreds of times. Once the group interview was done, we were to be contacted the following week for a response.
Although the interview questions were simple, straightforward and the environment was relaxed, I do have to admit the process is quite tedious. I have received a conditional offer. The process from applying online in December 2015, to getting an online assessment in January, group interview during the end of February, to waiting for my offer package in March.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD
Interview
Applied in person, submitted an online assessment, and have not heard back since. Contacted HR to follow up on the process and they said the assessment results have been sent back to the manager at the branch. Still waiting to hear back from Branch Manager.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Coquitlam, BC) in Jun 2012
Interview
Went through 2 interviews with the MCS and BM. They really looked for outgoing and welcoming personalities, especially leadership skills. At the end of the interview, they asked me to try show Lobby Leadership, which required me to stand beside the line of customers and provide them with necessary assistance before they could go up to the counter.
