Interview
Went into the branch for an interview. Bypassed the phone interview as I was referred. It was your basic interview with lots of behavioral questions. The branch manager walked in mid way through the interview just to say hi, which was totally unexpected. The interview lasted 30 minutes. I was told I would be contacted in the following two weeks. They did not inform me of a decision so I emailed them and still have not herd back.
One interview in Branch, consisting of STAR method behavioural and group interaction/customer service questions. Make sure to mention that you want to take things one step further by incorporating educational moments in banking transactions as those have been the most beneficial in your personal retail banking experiences. They love hearing it.
