I applied online and also had a friend hand in my resume. I had better luck when my friend handed in my resume.
I was told there is a personality test as well. I did not have to do it however I know others who did.
The interview itself was very relaxed and the two people on the panel were very friendly.
Typical questions: "What do you know about the CSR position?"
"Tell me about your resume."
"Why are you interested in working with TD?"
"Tell me about one of your strengths."
"Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer."
