I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2014
Interview
I became acquainted with a financial adviser, and asked him to put in a good word for me. Then, made an online application, followed by a telephone interview and a meet with the branch managers. This has now changed, they no longer meet with the branch managers, but rather the top management in the district. Telephone was mostly behavioral questions, while the face to face focused on sales ability. They contacted me the day of to let me know that I was hired, and I had to wait roughly three weeks for the background check to come back.

They gave me a phonic interview after online application and an online assessment test. The recruiter was very friendly and patient. The questions were all behavior questions. Preparing is best solution for this kind of interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online, and the next day I was emailed a personality/behavioural questionnaire. A few days later got an email to schedule a phone interview. The next week I had a phone interview which lasted about 20-30 minutes, mostly asking behavioural and situational questions. After the phone interview the HR person told me I would be contacted within 2 weeks if I was selected. I received a phone call from an MCS 3 days later to schedule an in person interview. The MCS was very friendly and engaging in the interview. I got an offer later that day of my interview.
