Interview
the first question was to introduce yourself within two mins and then the manager would go through your resume by asking some details on your each experience and then behavioural questions and do you have any problems
I applied online. I received an email a couple weeks after asking to fill out a personality assessment.
7 days after completing the assessment, I was contact by HR for a 30 minute phone interview.
5 days following I was contacted for an in person interview at the branch with the branch Manager.

The interview process was long, they double-check everything, after a phone interview the next step is to go into a group interview where the company choose the candidates to go to a 3rd interview with the managers P2P.
