TD Commercial Banking Associate interview questions

Three step process- phone interview with HR, second round panel interview with MCS with a case component (financials and ratio testing to see if you would lend credit to this client) and final round fully behavioural with VPs of different commercial centres

Normally the process is a 160 answer questionnaire, followed up by a short interview by an HR Rep. Then if you pass you move on to formal interviews, you do a 1on1 with a credit manager, a sales manager, and then a VP. They want to see how capable you are of having a conversation with someone, they love people who are passionate about the TD culture, They want people that have credit analysis skills (I.E. you are given a 20 minute case test during the interview and told to analyze the 3 financial statements of XYZ Company and what questions you might have for the management team and if you would offer them credit). You also need to have strong sales experience and be extremely organized because its an under pressure environment.
