I attended a group interview for the Customer Service Representative position. The interview lasted around 10–15 minutes and was hosted by an HR representative from TD.
During the interview, the HR representative spent almost the entire time looking at his laptop rather than engaging with the candidates. He went through a list of questions mechanically and typed down answers without making eye contact. This created the impression that he was not interested or fully attentive, which felt unprofessional and somewhat disrespectful, especially for a customer-facing role where communication matters.
The questions themselves were straightforward and standard for customer service roles. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of engagement from the interviewer.
