Straight Forward. Apply online. Hear back in a few weeks. HR interview then superday. Superday is mostly about fit. They want to know if you are a good fit for the office. Very few technical questions.

Interview
Interviewers are there only to get to know you better as a person and what you did in the past. It's a mix of behavioral and technical questions. I had 3 rounds of interview. 1st round phone interview by a senior analyst. 2nd back to back with manager and senior manager. 3rd with HR.
