TD Account Manager interview questions

Interview with two customer service managers. Asked basic questions related to previous experience. Followed by an interview with a senior staff conducted in chinese to test basic chinese speaking skills.

The interview process was fairly simple. An application was written and submitted online to TD. In addition, I added a video interview which gave the opportunity to add a personal touch to the application. They followed up with a phone interview, and an in person interview.
