2. Contacted by phone for an in-person interview (waiting time may vary among different branches)
3. Got rejected by one branch at first, but the customer service manager refer me to the interviewer of another branch and I get the offer

Phone Interview, followed by Interview with customer service manager followed by interview with branch manager. Phone interview was conducted by a talent acquisition/hr employee. Branch manager interview was conducted after manager of customer service had chosen me for the job

I was interviewed by the Communications Manager and the Assistant Branch Manager, the interview was thorough and casual- I believe to sense out compatibility and social awareness. Some questions about experience and typical scenarios were also given.
