it is very easy. Why TD? what do you see yourself in next 5 years? How would your bosses describe you? Tell me about a weakness your working on and what your doing to overcome it? How do you cope with stress?we had to hold a customers cheque for 5 business days bcuz he was risky, and he comes in very angry practically shouting, how would you deal with it? The last thing was they gave me a pen, and said sell me this pen.

Went to the branch and handed my resume to the manager of customer service. Got an interview a few days after with both managers, and a second interview with the branch manager.

Interview
I applied online though TD Bank Careers. Couple days later they sent me an email to do a online assessment. After that I had to do a phone interview which was fairly easy. She asked me a couple questions and also couple behaviour questions. I also have an interview with TD in person next week.
