TAP Portugal interview questions

Curto e grosso, Perguntaram-me expetativas salariais no inicio e acabaram a entrevista por ali, sem sequer fazer uma contra proposta. Nao estao preocupados com o saber fazer o trabalho ou nao.

The interview was held by 5 people, 1 HR person and 4 engineers, who were supposed to let me know about the opportunities available at the company. I presented myself and immediately the interviewer asked me my salary expectation, which I replied to. Their answer was that that was not feasible, without even countering with the salary range I could expect or going on to describe the available opportunities. Made me feel like all they cared about was finding someone who'd be willing to work for less, not really taking into account one's skills or willingness to contribute positively to the team. After some reflection, can say it was the worse 7 minutes of any job interview I have ever gone through.
