Great, quick experience overall! I had a video interview with two Clinical Operations Managers after my initial phone screen with a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The managers were up front about the challenges of the CRA position and what I could expect in the role. The first half of the interview was covering my background/experience, and the second half was answering situational questions about how I'd deal with specific challenges. I received a call from the TAS a few days later and was offered the role. I signed the official offer the next day. Everyone was very respectful and friendly, and the process was quick and painless.

What would you do if there were a conflict with a site staff member? How would you deal with a flight being delayed or canceled? What would you do if you struggled to understand something during the training program? How do you stay organized? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Interview process with the talent acquisition was very smooth. Interview with the hiring manager was not so smoothly conducted. Interviewer clearly had made up her mind even before the interview and did not even properly listened to the answers provided.

Beim 2. Interview hat der Interviewer mich ständig unterbrochen, ließ mich nicht beim Interview ausreden, und sprach in einem sehr herablassenden Ton mit mir. Ich habe meine Bewerbung sofort zurückgezogen. Ich fand es respektlos.
