I first had a phone interview with a recruiter, followed by an in-office interview with my future supervisor and a couple of future colleagues. the entire process was very smooth, and quite fun! After the seriousness of the first few questions, we started chatting about dogs, coffee, etc. I could tell I would fit right in.
