Symrise interview questions

2 rounds of interview. First round by manager: Relatively smooth, not too technical. More of behavioral questions and current job scope. Second round by director: More technical and description of current job required.

They contacted me. I had 3 interviews. 1 exploratory with the recruiter (external), another one with the same person and someone else who seemed to supervise the recruiter, and then hiring manager. They told me they would follow up. They didn't. Even if I sent an email afterwards. Very fast while they were interested, very disrespectful when they discarted me. Quite poor experience.
