Applied through a website, recevived interview details from HR personnel, and got interviewed at Symrise very shortly after. Technical questions were asked and also things stated on my resume such as projects done.
It was a very calm interview. Nothing too crazy. Pretty simple and basic questions with a few theoretical questions. It wasn’t super stressful or intimidating. I would recommend atleast doing the interview if you are offered it. It’s not bad

HR gave quick responses. questions were not too difficult, focusing more on transferrable skills gained from past experience, hiring manager took the time to explain and clarify the job scope. very enriching discussion
