Interview
It starts with initial discussion with Talent Acquisition Manager. Followed by another round of discussion with Hiring Manager and HR. This was followed by a case study presentation on a problem they provided. Then there was also a OPQ assesment
A entrevista do rh foi agradável, porém, a com o gestor foi extremamente desconfortável. Foram 30min de call com o entrevistador sentado a 90o da câmera olhando uns papéis desinteressado. Em nenhum momento olhou diretamente para a câmera. Eu senti que falava para o vazio.
