Very Relaxed Interview Process. Interviewers are friendly & are interested in getting to know more about you as a person rather than bombard you with ridiculous mundane questions. If the interviewers feel you are the right candidate for the job they will generally let you know there and then if you have the job or not which is ideal instead of waiting by the phone for an answer.
