Had a phone interview firstly where I was asked about why I want to work in the applied role at Swissport, as well as my availability. I had to fill out my availability hours online too. I got invited to a group information and interview session where we had one on one interviews. They asked me about my hours of availability again and when I can start.

Interview
Very simple it’s a job fair and they ask you 3 questions. Then they make their decision on the spot and let you know if you can proceed to the next table.

You will get the job, a video interview, they hire 10 people every 6 weeks, just act like you have looked at their website at least once, the lady doing the interviews works in a storage closet, she is lovely though
