Question 1
What qualities can I bring to this position and how can I improve moving forward
I applied online. I interviewed at Swissport (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2019
Interview
Applied through Indeed, had a phone screen then she set me up with a face to face. I was informed that it would be a panel interview of 3. When I got there it was 6. They "drilled" me with a lot of behavioral based questions and repetitive questions. It was the worse interview ever. I feel I did pretty well but everyone there barely looked at me when I spoke, very cold and standoffish. It was a very non welcoming environment. It was very intense and excessive for an entry level job that was only offering $15-$17/hr. The way they went about the hour long interview you'd think I was interviewing for an executive level position. I understand you want the best candidate but I'm also interviewing you and the way things were played out I wouldn't want to work for this company. I had the interview in Dec 2019 and didn't hear anything after that and didn't really care too anyway.
