The Recruitment Department would like to hear more about the interview questions that you were asked, as we pride ourselves on the fact that Hiring Managers are trained on the use of behavioural experience based questions from our extensive library. They also carry out both Interview Techniques and equality & diversity training prior to carrying out interviews.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Swissport (Melbourne) in Mar 2026
Interview
Simple group interview to get to know you, and overview of the company. Some, paperwork to prove ability to work, and competency . Just provide safety application along with interest the company.
Simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Applications are online and then a phone interview, in person interview, and potentially a final phone interview. It is relatively simple
Quick and easy but it seemed like they hire anybody. The questions are super vague and it feels like they are trying to just get people in the door but they don’t care about retention
