Interview
There was one round of telephonic interview, which lasted for 45 minutes. After a month, they asked me to come to Bangalore office, to present any topic of my choice related to financial risk. And then questions were asked based on the presentation and CV. Overall, it was not so difficult.

Interview
First came a phone interview with the hiring manager and other team members. This stage also involved a simple numerical task. Then followed personal interviews with the hiring manager and another manager, as well as a separate interview with the director. At the end, a joint lunch with the team. Overall, pleasant people. Surprisingly, the hiring manager contacted past employer(s) without asking for permission in advance as required by the local law.

Interview
First they screen you via hackerrank, threating you like a commodity. They do this to save on the recruitment process, they must receive hundreds of applications. Then they invite you for an interview. To my surprise, coding again.. they asked "do you have a laptop, we need to make a code exercise", hello... and you say it to me now that I had to code today? Like I had a laptop in my pants, and after coming all the way to Zürich, to code 3 Java loops? You must be kidding me. The interviewer asking nasty questions like "are you married" and so forth, completely incompetent and clueless about the most basic interview laws.
STAY AWAY!!!
