I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Bengaluru) in Jan 2020
Interview
3 rounds, 2 telephonic, one face to face. Technical questions for 40 minutes, managerial for 20 minutes, 40 minutes of techno managerial F2F for 45 minutes. Best part is interviewers are very nice by nature. Worst part starts once you clear all interviews. They will keep on dragging , dodging and prolonging things. For 20% hike, they require 20 approvals. In the end, after 50 days, you will be sidelined that you deny the offer yourself.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online, email received for first stage, which I attended timely/professionally. Didn't get beyond that stage due to quote
"Unfortunately we will not be putting you forward for the next stage interview, we did not feel that you had the right level of experience for the role."
It's a shame that wasn't identified when my CV was reviewed.

Interview
Proceso largo, un mes aproximadamente. Muchos filtros, primero pasas con los reclutadores de talento, luego con recursos humanos de la empresa, algún miembro del equipo al que te integrarás y con un jefe de área.
