I have applied for the position through careers portal and got an interview call stating that my profile has been shortlisted and suitable for the role, immediately they have scheduled the interview and the first round with 2 member panel was conducted and they gave a very good positive feedback also a very friendly way of interview post i got a call from HR immediately for the second round with the Head of the department as i cleared round one, the Head did not even ask me any questions technically or academically and just cross examined me why i have applied for the role which is of very senior level of which i am completely unaware and asked me all irrelevant questions except the interview and finally did not even tell the result of what happened, selected or not selected should be communicated and while screening they should know if the role satisfies the experience and the interviewer need not ask such questions to a person who cleared two rounds of the interview in their company itself.
