Swiss Re interview questions

I received an email inviting me to a Digital Video Interview, which, in my opinion, is the worst way to start an interview. It is impersonal and shows lack of interest from the company with people. It was written they did not use AI, but if that's true, why not do a normal video call? I did the Digital Interview, in which you had a time to prepare and you had three chances to record your answer. The questions were related to the position.

Two rounds of phone interviews by an Actuary. Asked about basic questions (why me why you why actuary). Working style/ previous projects/ what do you like outside of work….etc. It was more about personality than skills I’d say.
