Swiss Re interview questions

Several people take part on the hiring process. Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere since the begining of the process. I was contacted by the HR and scheduled an interview. First part of the interview with HR, was more about the company, the position and my professional experiences. The second part, was with expert managers and potential future colleagues, with more details about the job, questions to see if you are a good fit for the company and for the position. Final round was a meeting with the managers, with some questions about your knowledge, skills and behavior. During the whole process all people involved were very nice and kind.

Applied online through the online OCR procedure at my university. They only required a resume. Was contacted about a week later with an interview offer. During the interview the two people interviewing me sat very close in order to make a more intimate setting. (Make sure to look them in the eyes while you're speaking) They were nice and our time ran out quickly - only 30 minutes.
