resume screening, then a telephone based interview, discussing resume and background and thoughts on role. then face to face interview, understanding program role and technical aspects of the organisation. face to face interviewer seemed to have preconceptions and had not set objectives for 1.1 interview clearly

The entire interview lasted for 2 hrs. First being interview with HR, followed by one VP, one director, and one hiring manager. Interviewers were professional. They gave a clear description of the company's structure, and asked very detailed questions about my past work experiences while going through my resume.
