Resume forwarded through a recruiter. Had 1 HR round, then dotted line manager from Zurich, Manager interview followed by HR director round. Mostly they were trying to assess if I am a good fit. Most of their questions were behavioral type. All the rounds went for more than 45mins and all of the interviews were over the phone.

It was 2-4 rounds depending on the panel. Most of the questions are very practical not theoretical . Focused a lot on my work experience and leadership potential. Overall great experience

Questions were not relevant for the interview role
There seems to be an over exaggeration of how great the work is, up to a point of delusion.
I did not find the interviewer to be aware of the intricacies of the role, also the interviewer stepped in the discussion without even preparing from the interview

I had a video interview with the hiring manager and her direct report. The hiring manager was offensive, rude, and critical. She lambasted me and my resume. She created a highly negative impression of Swiss Re.
