The first step was a numerical reasoning test, which was organized by SHL (so it was pretty easy to find samples and practice a bit). For the second part, they invited me for the assessment center day in Bratislava. The whole assessment was based on a a business case.

Online verbal and numerical reasoning, followed by 2 1-on-1 first with HR and then with future LM. The final round is an assessment centre with 3 blocks lasting for roughly 6 hrs.
