I applied online. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2016
Interview
A very comprehensive telephone interview which was scheduled for 30 minutes but lasted an hour. Despite me enquiringly a number of times they never told me the outcome - which by now 6 months later I assume is a decline! Very disappointing given how much time I spent preparing and it appeared to go well at the time.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Swiss Re in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was efficient and at a good pace. Meetings were a good balance between sharing about the organisation and getting to know the candidate. Good and personal follow-up during the selection process.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Swiss Re (Londres, Inglaterra) in May 2010
Interview
First interview went well and felt I connected with the person involved. Second interview was with colleagues in the US via video link. One colleague would have been the person I would report to. I expecetd to see both people on other side of video link. At start of interview, I was told that person I would report to would join via conference phone. A number of questions and answers had to be repeated due to part of the interview conducted via conference phone via a video link. Thought it was a bit rude and unprofessional and was left with poor impression of company.

Question 1
All questions were as expected, based on skills and experience, etc. Straight forward from that point of view.
