I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Swatch Group (Las Vegas, NV) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied in person and got the phone call for the interview after couple days. Interviewed with the store and district manager, both of them are super nice and had great time talking with them. Waited about couple days and got the second phone interview with the human resource manager. Really smooth and nice recruiting process, accepted the offer.

I interviewed at Swatch Group (Perth, Australia Occidental)
Interview
First interview was in person with store manager and second was via zoom with brand manager. Communicated with HR via phonecall and then got a generic rejection email with no feedback as to why I was not the right fit. Deeply disappointed as I saw they did not fill the role and are still advertising it.
