I first went into the store about a week and a half ago asking if they were hiring. I was informed that they were hiring for the holiday season, and to fill out an application online, indicating the correct store.
I filled out the application and then checked in with the store a few days later to inform them that I had filled out an application and was very interested in the job. I received an email about two hours later with an interview date for a couple days later.
The interview was very basic, a lot of the questions were situational for example: "If you had a customer who was displeased with their product, how would you handle that situation?" "Give us an example of a time you made a customer happy about their time at your store" Another questions was "Name one item you could walk away with in this store today" and then they followed up that question with asking how I would sell it to a customer.
