They just ask you a few simple question, they will hire you on the spot because they are so desperate, they talk to you in the kitchen if that is the position you are going for, then after they hire you they will ask you to fill out paper work and ask you what day you can start and thats it.

Very laid back interview, only a couple of questions were asked and the rest of the time I just had a fun conversation with the hiring manager. It felt more like a chat with a friend rather than an interview.

there was a brief phone interview then they asked me to come in for an in person interview and tour of the kitchen. they asked general interview questions and did not require any prior experience to be interviewed.
