I submitted a cover letter and resume, then they interviewed me in person, they asked questions, it probably took 30 minutes. They didn't get back to me. I had very little experience though.

The interview process at Sur la table was very easy going and relaxed. I talked to the assistant manager of the store and she asked me very basic questions. I had retail experience, and it was only a seasonal position. Nothing too hard.
