I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Superdrug
Interview
I had an over the phone interview about a week after I applied then they rang back a few days later asking me to come in to the store for an interview. They first asked me to hand out perfume samples to customers (she asked which perfume i'd be most comfortable selling) which was pretty easy but also asked me to introduce myself and make friendly conversation with the staff on the floor. This was difficult seeing as most of the staff were busy and on tills and the conversation I had was awkward and forced as the person interviewing me was listening in. Then we went to a small back room and she asked me a load of typical interview questions which were ok to answer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Superdrug (Stafford, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
I received a phone call a week after applying through the website and was offered an interview which I accepted. The interview was informal and friendly with typical questions but I did think some questions were out of place for a pharmacy role, for example how to increase sales. The store manager wanted to talk to me as well but ended up in a meeting instead so my interviewer asked the questions about my hours instead.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you received bad customer service?
I applied online. I interviewed at Superdrug (Norwich, Inglaterra) in May 2016
Interview
I had a group interview in the Norwich store. I find group interviews very daunting, but there was only two other people apart from me. The Manager asked us roughly 10 questions each, so the interview took a while, but it was absolutely fine. She was friendly and informal. The three of us then went onto the shop floor for ten minutes to speak to customers about products on offer.
