Superdrug interview questions

First round was a video interview where you record yourself answering 6 questions. I then made it onto the second, and final round, where you have a telephone with someone from head office. It all went great, they basically said I had the job whilst on the phone, we discussed things that you discuss once you've been offered the job which also implied that I was successful. I then received an email a couple days later saying I hadn't got the job. Be prepared to be filled with false hope when it comes to this company.

Online application form then an in-store interview with the store manager. The interview involved competency-based questions and going onto the shop floor and promoting their points card. Had to go round the store and ask customers whether they wanted to sign up to the card.
