Rigorous and used excel test with other competancy based questions awell, me fd, fc and team members. Went through cv and talked through relevant experience. Heard back within a week.

Application process was online, before being called by a manager to schedule interview. From there, I attended in person interview which took place in the office/staff room. Interview questions were pretty standard for a retail position.
