video interview as during covid, there was a video platform that shows you a question. Then you have two attempts to answer the question. there is a series of six questions
It was ok yes. Not too hard. Women was polite and patient as English not first language. I was asked about experience and what to do if a customer was unhappy

Relaxed and informal. Had a phone call to discuss the job and my skills, and was offered the job on the phone interview then went in to start my training and started about 1 week later.
