Lengthy, the questions were very repetitive given the nature of the role. Overall though, the tone was fairly informal if not a little rushed - I would have appreciated a better insight into the role and any future development opportunities that may have come from it.

Interview
Simple sit down and chat with the store manager and assistant manager. Ran through the CV and went through a few generic questions. Meeting was held in the managers office. Got to meet the other workers there too. Think the process is to judge the character of the candidate more than anything as this is for a low skilled job.
