interview on the phone after submission of cv/resume. after a few weeks there was a phone interview and a week or half later there was a face to face interview and meeting the team shortly after this
Positive, friendly, approachable, made to feel at ease, time allowed for follow up questions, asked questions to bring out the best of their candidates. Was given feedback after interview, which I appreciated
