Stone interview questions

Two interview rounds: 1st round was conducted by HR and entirely about who you are, what are your ambitions, and why you are interested in Stone. We then discussed my strengths and interests to pinpoint which areas would be a good fit for me. For the 2nd round, I was given a title (very broad) for a presentation, which I then gave to the head of the area I would be working in. It was much more about how you structure a presentation and relay your thoughts rather than on the actual content.

O processo consistia em responder a várias perguntas realizadas pelo gerente regional. Apesar de serem muitas elas não eram muito técnicas e nem difíceis, porém acredito que estavam buscando pessoas com mais experiência no mercado de trabalho.
