I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stone (São Paulo, )
Interview

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stone (São Paulo, )
Interview
Two interview rounds:
1st round was conducted by HR and entirely about who you are, what are your ambitions, and why you are interested in Stone. We then discussed my strengths and interests to pinpoint which areas would be a good fit for me.
For the 2nd round, I was given a title (very broad) for a presentation, which I then gave to the head of the area I would be working in. It was much more about how you structure a presentation and relay your thoughts rather than on the actual content.

Tell me about yourself.
Why did you choose your university? What do you enjoy about it?
Why are you interested in working at Stone?
In which areas do you see yourself working in?
I interviewed at Stone (Río de Janeiro) in Feb 2020
Interview
They really try to get to know you on a deep level. They always ask follow up questions to make sure you are talking as much as possible about yourself. Questions were mainly related to previous experiences, interests, dreams, and not the technical aspects of the job.
