Interviews were short and informal, which was both good and bad. The interviewers showed up late and rushed through both interviews asking me minimal questions - I felt like I was keeping them from something both times so I didn’t ask as many questions as I would’ve liked. Both rounds were less than a half hour. When the offer came, the base salary was almost 25% less than I was told by the recruiter during the phone screen and far below market. I was told there was no room for negotiation and to just decline the offer when I talked to the recruiter about it. Overall a very poor experience, which is a shame because I was very interested in the role.

Question 1
They asked to resume my career in 5 min and my main achievements. Also the HR recommend me to use SMART goals as much as I could to demonstrate my results. They also pose tricky questions like why do you want this role or why do you want to change career/company. This is to test your attitude, honesty and communication skills.
