Startek Team Lead interview questions

It was a smooth process. The manager made me very comfortable at the time of interview hence it felt very welcoming. They gave proper feedback also the process was very seamless of the onboarding and documentation.

Lengthy interview process. Had 3 rounds of it and each took me around 30-40 minutes. Mostly scenario based questions. First round was taken by the AM and the second round was taken by the Sr Manager. It started normally with self introduction and went on to more of the experiences questions as to what you have done when you were handling a team at your previous organization.
