Startek Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview started with a zoom meeting with other candidates where they reviewed information about the job. At the end of the meeting, they gave everyone an offer, but you had to pass a test to move forward. The test involved a chat simulation that I messed up on. I didn't receive any notification whether or not I passed the test and no one ever responded back to me. Eventually, I assumed I failed.
