Startek Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Horrendous!...two hours???? after waiting 30 minutes in the lobby, I did ten minutes if that of computer simulation. Afterwards you put me in what you called a conference room...in reality its a hole in the wall between the women's and men's bathrooms...after a hour or more of listening to body functions and flushing....I could no longer take it...Startek...improve your interview process!...everyone else reading this...run!...if they run the company like this...no wonder they have a high turnover rate!

Easy As could be. The first is over the phone and the next they give you a walk through of the building. Then once you get the walk through your hires.
